Illuminating the In-Between: contextual images from past development
Illuminating the In-Between is a year-long research and development project investigating visual parallels between Irish and Islamic illuminated manuscript traditions. Through archival study, typographic experimentation and public dialogue, I will develop a new cross-cultural methodology within my practice, expanding from material-led sculpture to research-led letterform design & community engagement.
